Our cookies are freshly baked and stay delicious for up to 7 days at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
Can I order fewer than 4 cookies?
No, the minimum order is 4 cookies. If you’d like a smaller selection, you can choose our World Tour Box which comes with a curated mix.
Do you ship outside of Switzerland?
At the moment, we ship only within Switzerland to guarantee freshness. International shipping is not yet available.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For food products, returns are unfortunately not possible due to safety reasons. For non-food items (like gift boxes or accessories), you can return them within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Do you list allergens in your cookies?
Yes – every product has a full ingredients and allergens list available on our Ingredients page and on the product packaging.
